RediMed to offer flu shots starting in October |

RediMed will begin offering flu shots Oct. 4 via its four urgent care clinics. Shots are available for anyone age 4 and older while supplies last. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children between the ages of 4 and 8 who have not received a flu shot previously will need two injections 30 days apart. Offices affiliated with Lutheran Health Physicians, including specific Lutheran Medical Group and St. Joseph Medical Group locations, will also begin providing flu shots at different times during the next two weeks. Those interested in receiving the seasonal influenza vaccine from their primary care physician are encouraged to call ahead to inquiry about availability.
