Can I get the flu from the vaccine? |

No. The virus in
the vaccine are killed viruses; they cannot cause influenza. The
killed viruses stimulate your immune system to make antibodies
against the viruses, so that if you are exposed to live flu viruses,
your immune system will immediately begin fighting the illness.
